Why did you choose to be a stylist?
I didn't choose to a stylist, the stylist profession chose me. Since I was born and raised in a beauty salon I tried to work in different areas. But my childhood experience had a deep influence in my professional life.
When you were a little kid, what career did you think you would have when you grew up?
Artist. Always loved to create! My first "work of art" was a drawing on the living room wall. I was 3 years old. My parents got crazy but at the same time were proud of what I did. After that, they gave me a blackboard.
What was the most fun you have had on a shoot?
Sometimes, everybody in the photo shoot is quiet and serious. In these cases, I put a wig on my head to break the ice. It's funny, because I'm usually serious and quiet, people get shocked and start to laugh.
What technique do you tend to utilize the most when styling or cutting hair?
Frequently, I take the ponytail with my hands spreading a little bit of hairspray over it and use the blow-dryer to add texture into the hair's end.
Do you cook? Do you have a specialty? What would you want to learn to cook?
Yes. I like to cook Thai and Italian food. I want to attend gourmet classes.
